Lykke Serves as Advisor for modum.io ITO
Lykke, a Swiss Fintech company building a global marketplace on the blockchain, has agreed to advise on the initial token offering (ITO) of modum.io, a leading startup in the supply chain management sector.
modum.io designs solutions that connect blockchain technology with the Internet of Things to provide data integrity within supply chains. This technology’s initial use case is in the pharmaceutical industry, but its applications are not limited to any one sector. modum.io will begin selling its MOD Token on September 1, 2017.
“modum.io is doing important work,” said Richard Olsen, Lykke founder and CEO. “They, like Lykke, are pushing the boundaries of what the blockchain can be and how it can be applied to traditional business problems. We also believe that they made a prudent choice in bringing us on board for their ITO. The ITO-process is still so new that few firms can claim expertise in this area. But with our advisory capabilities, we are uniquely positioned to help guide our clients towards success.”
Lykke is building a secure global marketplace for the exchange of all financial assets. Founded by Richard Olsen of OANDA.com, and encouraging participation from all users, the Lykke Exchange intends to level the financial playing field through direct ownership of assets and immediate settlement of trades.
